PromptGap, Inc. ("PromptGap," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our platform at trypromptgap.com.

• Account data: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you register.
• Profile data: Brand name, website, keywords, and industry category you provide in your settings.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, audit reports generated, and session metadata.
• Billing data: Stripe-managed payment information. We never store raw card numbers.
• Probe data: Queries, regions, and AI audit results tied to your account.

• To provide, operate, and improve the PromptGap platform.
• To process payments and manage subscription credits.
• To send transactional emails (audit completions, credit alerts, receipts).
• To respond to support requests and communications.
• To detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Supabase — authentication and database infrastructure.
• MongoDB Atlas — application data storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of scraped audit content (queries and brand name only, no account PII).
• Bright Data — managed browser infrastructure for AI platform scraping (queries only, no account PII).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Audit reports are retained for 12 months after creation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in Settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of your data.
