By accessing or using PromptGap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free and paid plans.

PromptGap provides an AI brand-visibility auditing platform that runs queries across multiple large language models and synthesises the results into actionable reports. The Service is provided "as is" and functionality may change over time.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• The Service operates on a credit-only system. Credits are deducted per audit run.
• All purchased credits are permanent and never expire. There are no monthly subscriptions or billing cycles.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are at our sole discretion and will be reviewed case-by-case.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Circumvent credit deductions through automation or API abuse.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The PromptGap platform, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by PromptGap, Inc. You retain ownership of the company data and queries you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process this data to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated audit results are probabilistic in nature and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee that audit results are accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptGap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PromptGap, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
